Bengali dictation for Windows
Talk, and your words appear in Bengali — ready to edit, save as Word, or type straight into whatever you already have open. No keyboard layout to learn, no transliteration to correct.

Installing takes a minute. You need the app and an access code — the code is what connects you to the speech service, and it is free.
Run the installer. It does not need administrator rights, and it is signed, so Windows will name Resurgent Montreal rather than warn you about an unknown publisher.
The first time it opens it asks for your access code. Type it in, press Activate, and you never see that screen again.
Press Start, or Ctrl+Alt+B from anywhere, and speak normally. Fix anything by hand — it is an ordinary editor. Ctrl+S saves it as a Word document.
Tell us who you are and we will send you a code. There is no charge — the code exists so we know who is using the speech service, and so it can be switched off if it is ever misused.

Most punctuation appears by itself. When it doesn't, say the mark — in Bengali or in English, whichever comes out.

Windows 10 or 11, a microphone, and an internet connection. Recognition happens on Microsoft Azure, not on your PC.
No Microsoft or Azure account of your own. No subscription. No Bengali keyboard. Nothing to configure beyond the code.
The microphone is used between pressing Start and pressing Stop, never otherwise — and only your microphone, never your speakers.
