What uses an hour: Only time spent listening. Idle time, the app being open, and the transcript window cost nothing. French and Spanish cost the same.
Bought hours: Never expire, and stack. Buying a second pack adds to what is left of the first.
Plan hours: Refresh each billing month and do not carry over. If you run out, buy a pack — plan hours are always spent first.
Running out: The app warns you below thirty minutes remaining, so a meeting is never cut short without notice.
Licensing: Per installation. A second computer starts its own trial and needs its own hours.
Taxes: All prices in Canadian dollars, exclusive of GST and QST, which are added at checkout.
